Account
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? next to the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
If you signed up using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, your password is managed by Apple or Google — use their respective account recovery flows.
How do I change my email address?
Go to Settings → Account and tap Change Email. You'll receive a verification link at your new address before the change takes effect.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you are the owner of a company, you must transfer ownership or delete the company before your account can be removed.
If you need assistance, email support@rehearse.management and we can process the deletion manually.
Can I use Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google?
Yes. Sign in with Apple is available on iPhone and iPad. Sign in with Google is available on both iOS and Android. If you create an account with an email address you later sign in to Google or Apple with, your account will be linked to that provider and you'll have to use that method to sign in.
Companies & Productions
How do I join a company?
A manager from the company needs to share a join code or invite link with you. Open Rehearse, tap Join a Company on the onboarding screen, and enter the code. Your request will be sent to the manager for approval.
How do I create a company?
During onboarding, select I'm a Director or Stage Manager and follow the steps to create your company. You'll be set as the owner and can invite members immediately.
How do I add members to a production?
Open the production from your Production Hub and go to the Roster tab. You can add any member of your company to the production and assign them a role.
Can a member be in more than one production at a time?
Yes. Members can be part of multiple productions within the same company. Each production maintains its own schedule, roster, and attendance records independently.
Rehearsals & Scheduling
How do I subscribe to the rehearsal calendar?
Open your production's Home tab and tap the calendar subscription button. On iPhone, this opens directly in Apple Calendar. On Android, you'll be given the option to open in Google Calendar or copy the link.
The calendar updates automatically as your schedule changes — you don't need to re-subscribe.
How do I submit a conflict?
Go to the Schedule or Conflicts tab in your production and tap Submit Conflict. Choose the date, conflict type (all day, arriving late, or leaving early), and add any notes. Your manager will review and respond.
How do I export a call sheet or schedule?
From the Rehearsals tab, tap the export icon in the top right. You can generate a call sheet (weekly view) or full schedule (monthly view) as a PDF, then share or print it directly from your device.
Notifications
I'm not receiving notifications — what should I check?
Start with your device settings:
- Open your device Settings and navigate to Rehearse.
- Make sure Notifications are allowed and set to Allow.
- Check that Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is not suppressing alerts.
Then check in-app settings:
- Open Rehearse and go to Settings → Notifications.
- Confirm the notification types you want are toggled on.
If notifications are still not arriving, try signing out and back in to re-register your device. If the problem persists, email support@rehearse.management.
Which notifications does Rehearse send?
Rehearse sends the following push notifications, each of which can be toggled independently in Settings → Notifications:
- Live Messages — new messages posted to the Live tab during an active rehearsal
- Announcements — company-wide or group announcements from managers
- Rehearsal Reminders — scheduled alerts the day before and one hour before a rehearsal you're called to
- Attendance Alerts — when you are marked absent or late from a rehearsal
- Late Check-In Alerts — (managers only) when a member checks in late or leaves early
Auditions
Do auditioners need to download the app?
No. Audition forms are accessible via a public link that works in any web browser. Auditioners can submit their information, headshots, and résumés without creating an account or installing the app.
How do I share my audition form?
Go to Production Hub → Auditions and tap Share Link. You can copy the link or share it directly via email, social media, or any other channel. The form stays active until you close the audition period.
Privacy & Data
What data does Rehearse collect?
Rehearse collects only the data needed to provide its features — your name, email address, profile information, and the content you create within the app (rehearsals, attendance records, messages, etc.).
We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email support@rehearse.management with the subject line Data Request and we'll send you an export of your personal data within 30 days.
